Shipping-Returns
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Shipping charges.
The
shipment of the products of your order is charged with shipping costs
(if any) which are added to the final payment amount and are clearly
indicated on the final order form.
Place - Delivery dates and times.
For
days and hours of delivery, the hours and days of operation of the
transport company that has undertaken the transport of our products. The
above days and hours do not apply to periods that affect transportation
such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.
Delivery time
Delivery
time is from 2 to 7 days after receiving the order. The above delivery
time does not apply to periods affected by transport such as extreme
weather conditions, strikes, etc.
Delivery Delay.
Delivery of products may be delayed if:
· The product is not in our warehouse and is delayed to be sent by our supplier
· The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available due to the sudden and unannounced announcement of the supplier about the removal of this product.
· In any event that is out of our control
In
case of delay we will contact you. You will have the right to cancel
the order in part or in full and we will refund any money you have paid.

PRODUCT CHANGES & RETURNS
You have at your disposal within fourteen (14) days to return the product you have in the following cases:
1. For no reason or do not want to use the product
· Shipping costs the buyer
· The money is returned to a bank account
2. In case of your own mistake, such as choosing the wrong color, wrong size from estimation errors
· Return shipping is borne by the buyer
· In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by the buyer
· No refunds
3. In case of our mistake such as sending the wrong product, size, color
· Return shipping costs us
· In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by us
· You can request a refund
4. In case of defective products
a. Return shipping costs us
b. In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by us
c. You can request a refund
d. In the case of defective products if the product,
a) does not prove to be defective,
(b) has been found to have been used;
c) its packaging has been damaged,
is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by him.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
1. The return must have been made within 14 days from the date of receipt
2. Do not belong to the category of non-refundable items
3. You must have all the necessary documents (relevant documents and proof of purchase) that we have sent you with the purchase of the product
4. The product should be in the original excellent condition without damage and be complete
5. The product must not have been altered in any way and must have the special tab of their marking
6. The packaging of the product must not be such that it cannot be repaired.
7. It is not worn except for the initial test you did. If the product has been worn more than the initial test, the return is not accepted and the product is sent again with purchase costs borne by the customer.
8. The product must not have been washed in any way
9. The product should not have dirt, damage, alterations, injuries
Otherwise
the changes & returns will not be accepted and the product will be
sent back at the expense of shipping costs to the buyer.

NO RETURNS are made for hygiene reasons. Please carefully select the size and features you want
MONEY RETURNS
In any case, if the buyer wishes a refund, the money is deposited in a bank account after deducting any charges such as shipping costs, costs of any products in partial refund of orders.
Refunds are always made upon receipt of our items and provided they have been verified to meet the refund criteria.
(*) PRODUCT CHANGE FORM
Each order is accompanied by a product change form.
In case of change or return, the products must be in their packaging in intact condition and must be accompanied by:
a) From the purchase document.
b) From the corresponding form al
